at 6 :00 pm for the following tree trimming. The bids will be opened and read aloud on Monday April 9th at the regular town council meeting starting at 6:00 pm. The Town of Lacrosse is requesting bids for:

(1)           Tree trimming over the streets to a height of l5 feet. For trees located along SR 121 if l5 feet is insufficient to clear street lights, trimming height must be appropriately adjusted.

(2)           Trim all street right of ways from fence line to fence line to the planted hedge lines where the right of way ends.

(3)           All trimmings will be removed and disposed of in a landfill or in an authorized receiving area.

(4)           All bids are to be sealed and shall contain a current certificate of liability insurance of at least 300,000 and workers compensation or workmans compensation exemption certificate of insurance.

(5)           Any bid not containing requested certificates will not be read, and will not be considered.
