FINLEY WOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING

The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Finley Woods Community Development District (District) will hold an Audit Committee meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on August 20, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Offices of Tommy Williams Homes located at 2563 SW 87th Drive, Suite 10, Gainesville, FL 32608 . The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The regular Board meeting will take place at the conclusion of the Audit Committee meeting, where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. A copy of the agendas may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting, LLC, 12051 Corporate Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32817; Ph: (407) 723-5900 (District Managers Office), during normal business hours.

It is anticipated that the meetings will take place at location identified above. In the event that the COVID-19 public health emergency prevents the meetings from occurring in-person, the District may conduct the public meetings by telephone or video conferencing communications media technology pursuant to governmental orders, including but not limited to Executive Orders 20-52, 20-69 and 20-179, issued by Governor DeSantis, and any extensions or supplements thereof, and pursuant to Section 120.54(5)(b)2., Florida Statutes.

While it may be necessary to hold the above referenced public meetings utilizing communications media technology due to the current COVID-19 public health emergency, the District fully encourages public participation in a safe and efficient manner.
